It is a medically supervised program designed to improve your health, endurance, and confidence in your heart. It is recommended for a multitude of individuals including those experiencing or diagnosed with congestive heart failure, atrial fibrillation, shortness of breath coronary artery disease, or any heart-related surgery (including but not limited to pacemakers, stents, CABG).

PHYSICAL THERAPY

Physical Therapy uses a targeted individualized approach based on an evaluation that assesses potential causes for a person’s restrictions, limitations, or painful ailments. It consists of a detailed program, to assist in the reduction of pain, improvement of function and balance, and return to daily life tasks without hesitation.

Our licensed staff will perform the following:

Endurance Training.
Strength Training.
Functional Training.
Balance Training.

PULMONARY REHABILITATION

It is a medically supervised program designed to improve your health by improving breathing, shortness of breath, functional endurance, and activities of daily living. It is recommended for individuals who are experiencing or diagnosed with COPD, Emphysema, Bronchitis, Pneumonia, Sleep Apnea, Asthma, or any other related pulmonary restriction.
